Upon arriving, you'll begin A Fallen Genius?. Afterward, an Al Bhed will appear and give you an Al Bhed Primer. Also, a chest will appear where you were standing for the 10th tower that contains a Tetra Band. Answer "Yup, in the hole." to start the New Cave sidequest.

After finding Cid in the cave go to the Deck of the Celcius to find him again then go to the Bridge to see another scene with Cid and Brother.
