Go to the Spring near the Travel Agency.
Speak to the lone person there then go visit O'aka and Wantz at the Travel Agency to get Episode Complete!
If you turned Wakka over to the Al Bhed he will not be there and you cannot get Episode Complete.
Go to the other side of the Spring near the Calm Lands.
Walk to the edge of the water for yet another Episode Complete!
You'll also receive the Ray of Hope grid.
If you did not save the Guado, you will not get the Episode Complete or the grid.
