When you come to the first door, pull the lever on the right to open it. The first room contains a Phoenix Down.

The next room is covered with sand, and contains an Ice Staff and Magician's Shoes.

Go to the top of this trunk section to find an Ether. Put your hand in the hole and then go back down and climb the vines to get back into the sand room.

Go out the other side and grab the Needle Fork at the base of the slope. Halfway up is a Tent and Monev the moogle.

Continue up and take the left fork to find a Flame Staff. Then go back and go right across a plank bridge.

Inside the big cavern there's a Remedy on the right, a Desert Boots behind the center column, and a Mythril Vest inside the left hollow area.

Go through the central opening to another area where there's Mythril Gloves in a chest. Keep going until you find a switch. Flip the switch and return to the cavern. Head out the left tunnel.

At the fork is a Potion. Go right to get an Elixir. Go back and left to continue.

Avoid the sand whirlpools and grab a Hi-Potion and 900 gil.

Going on, you'll come to a ladder. Grab the Gysahl Greens in the chest before heading up.
