In the Cabin, visit the Barkeep and choose "Rest". Up on the Deck, have a talk with Paine then return to the Bridge where you'll receive Al Bhed Primer II.

Be sure to watch Crimson Record 2 and Crimson Record 3, then check the CommSphere Network. Watch Besaid sphere until Wakka shows up and talks to you. Watch Kilika sphere until Dona's done talking. Watch the Mushroom Rock sphere and listen to Yaibal (or watch the fish if you did not give the Awesome Sphere to the Youth League). Watch the Bevelle sphere and listen to Maroda.

After watching the 4 working CommSpheres, speak to Buddy and then to Paine. Now you should view the CommSpheres again as all of them are now active. Keep on viewing them until each shows no new scenes (some scenes may take a while to start).
