The chest in the water with four remedys is to the right not the left.
Also the stone with the image on it looks down into a valley in which there is a sandstorm, chests are visible but inaccessable on the first visit. I assume I have to come back to get these.

The chests under the sandstorm area are part of the Cactus Village sidequest.
Check out that section of this site if you really want to get those chests down there.

Teleport Spheres
I cannot find the teleport spheres, it doesn't describe where they are other than a wormhole. I've found 2 wormholes, one had nothing the other had megalixers. "There are 2 pits containing 3 Megalixirs and 2 Teleport Spheres respectively" Where???????
