  Unfortunately you need 99 Dark Matters to make one Ribbon. You can get 99 in one go by creating Ultima Buster in the monster arena (you hafta capture 5 of every creature in every single area), or the slow way is to fight any creature in the monster arena and hope you might get 1 or 2 Dark Matters as rare items.
