After following him to the docks and talk to the shopkeeper there after the little scene. Agree with the Master Fisherman and then speak to him afterward and he'll give you a Megalixir. Go to the Grease Monkey's repair shop and speak to the Galbadian officer there. Go back outside and then reenter and speak to the Grease Monkey and he'll give you a Mega Phoenix. |
