Getting to Remien Temple
In the calm Lands, I've finished the game and the chocobo trainer is no longer there, is there another place to get a chocobo from?

the trainers position depends on whether u come in from the arena, bevelle or teleport from the airship. if you teleport the trainer should be in the center thingy where you appear. i think the he/she is at the bevelle entrance to the calm land if you enter via the arena and vise versa

the chocobo trainer is either just outside the travel agency, or at the very top of the hill right after you enter the calm lands.

This is not completely true.
The first time you're on the calm lands the chocobo trainer will be at the fat northwest end.
Later on (don't know exactly when this changes) she will be on either of 3 location depending on where you enter the calm lands.
If you enter from the north she will be left just around the corner.
If you enter from the south she will be a little further to the right
If you enter from the airship, or if you load your game after saving at the agency she will be just a little south of there

To get the guard to move, you have to complete the challenge issued by the Chocobo Trainer. You know, the one where you have to get flags (or something like that) and dodge the birds and get 00.0? When you do that, the guard will be at the place where you challenged the Trainer, saying something about 'I was watching the race, that was great.' Now you can get to Caladbolg, unless you leave the Calm Lands; that'll reset the guard's position and you'll have to do it AGAIN.

I did both butterfly catching games and i didnt get the saturn sigil. Do you have to get the airship first?

Spirit Lance
After praying at at least one stone, you should see a Cactaur ghost (it's wispy and hard to see in the fog) which will lead you to a large stone outcropping on the right side of the thunderplains, south of Rin's Travel Agency (I believe it approximately lines up with the fourth lightning-catching spire counting from Guadosalam). You need to pray at this stone to make the chest appear.

Hard stuff to get
I figured out how to get the jupiter sigil, it's a league prize and only avalable after all the other prizes are won.
Now I'm trying to get the spirit lance, it took me forever to figure out that you had to press the square button to pray at the stones. and then after I prayed at two of them they stopped glowing and i can't find any more to pray at. I know where more than two are, they just don't glow or let me pray. is there a hidden one somewhere?
