Mostly, it depends on your luck. If you're luck is rather high, then there's a possibility that your bribe will work.

Bribe loosing its power?
I am bribing Chimera Brains for Lv. 4 key spheres, and at first I got 3 spheres, then two, and then again three, but soon after that I only got 1 or then the bribe fails. I've tried to use more money when I bribe, but still it drops only one lv. 4 key sphere. So, could it be that bribe looses its power if you use it all the time?
