There is also a Magic Counter you can pick up.
Its in the screen before the one where you get Mega-all. On the left side of the screen where there's an area of white light. The Magic counter materia bounces, and is a whitey-pale blue colour. It's hard to notice.

the w-magic isn't hidden in the glowing center, its up by the trees.
