Trio of 9999 augments all attack damage, healing (excluding Regen healing), items, etc. to 9,999. If characters have the Break Damage Limit, the 9999 augmentation is ignored.
Under Trio of 9999, Pray will restore 9,999 HP to all allies which is in itself a very handy thing to have :)

Thanks to telling me to mix 2 Doors of Tomorrow to make Trio of 9999.
