Why is it not listed what items can be gained from morphing enemies?

It was a bug in the display code. It should display the enemies that you can morph items from now.

Not useless....
The Earth Harp, Desert Rose and Guide Book are traded to the man in Kalm for his Journey. He in return gives you awesome items.
Guide Book --> Underwater Materia (useful only for Emerald Weapon)
Earth Harp --> set of mastered materia (AWESOME!!!)
Desert Rose --> A gold chocobo (you really should have one by now. lol)
