This is probably one of THE easiest bosses to kill in the game. Probably one of the top 3 at least.
All you have to do is when you're on North Corel, on the bridge you can fight Bombs. Steal 1-2 Right Arms from them. Then once you get to Dyne, use it on him. Instant 1 hit KO. 1200 damage right off the bat on him.
Almost like using X-Potion/Elixir/Phoenix Down/etc on undead enemies.
