  I saw the comment about the second, hidden ribbon. You can obtain a third by winning it in the Secret Duel's in Battle Square(gold saucer). You have to win a lot but it comes.

  You can morph a tonberry to recieve a ribbon. This will allow you to get three easily. Just equip Yuffie with her Conformer and pummel it. It has a lot of HP so it could take a while but you'll get it eventually.

    Forgot to mention it is only the tonberrys in north cave that become a ribbon. Not sure why.
