GenCore Level II

GenCores are responsible for generating planetary shields to protect the system from orbital bombardment. Type II GenCores provide 50% more shielding power than the older Type I's and are cheaper to maintain.

Notes:	Provides twice as much protection as a Level I shield (despite the description). An attacking fleet must overcome the cumulative shield power with its combined bombardment rating to do any damage. Two or more shield installations on a planet prevent a ground assault.
