After getting it, speak to the father of the bachelor, answer that you took it and he'll give you a Sword Lore.
Speak to the three people to the left of the Save Sphere at the Travel Agency and one will give you Calm Lands Free Pass.
You can now also begin the process of discovering the Ruin Depths.
