When you enter the Residential Area, there will be a series of scenes.
When you're back in control, head to the Pigrimage Road to see the conclusion and to get Episode Complete!
You'll also receive the Tricks of the Trade grid.
On the right side of the Residential Area, speak to the cameraman and answer "Okay, thanks!" to look at the completed Youth League Base.
If you took a look through the camera in Chapter 1 and Chapter 3, he'll ask if you want to go visit it: answer "Definitely!"
Once over there, track down the yellow 'X' moving on the mini-map to receive 5 Georapella Coins.
There is also a chest marked with a yellow rectangle that has the Invincible in it.
Speak to the man again to return.
