  Having troubles finding this guy to capture... anyone got a tip? only in one spot? iuno....

    You must walk after the 4th Seymour Fight (the City) they will only appear there.

        there is a whole area after the seymor fight. If you see a save sphere in that area after seymor, going north is the final boss fight. So just run around collecting and then you can leave whenever you want. Just dont go north of that last save sphere, and you are golden for farming the captures you need.
