  Just to clarify anon's informative, if brusque, comment, the town to go to is North Corel. Take the Ropeway as before. You will need 3,000 gil to get in again, unless you previously purchased the lifetime pass for 30,000 gil.

  For anyone who needs to get the ten GP quickly, I suggest going to Wonder Square, and playing Mog House. Press the circle button to give the Mog a nut until it makes a cute Mog noise, then it flies, and you get 30 GP. You can find the game in Wonder Square.
